How it works

  1. Set your preferences

Tell the app about your food preferences.

  2. Plan and log

Plan menus for the days ahead and log what you eat.

  3. Keep training in view

Your workout plan and journal sit in the same app, so meals and training stay together.

Who it is for. For people who train and want their meals and workouts in one place, without juggling a separate food app.

Ask the AI Coach about your meals

Not sure what to eat around your training? Ask the AI Coach in the app. It can take your logged meals and your profile into account and explain general nutrition topics, such as protein or how to build a balanced plate.

Its answers are general guidance, not medical or clinical nutrition advice. Each answer uses Credits.

Meals that fit your training day

Many people who train build each meal around a protein source, add vegetables and a carbohydrate source, and prepare a few meals ahead for busy days. Planning your menu in the app keeps that plan next to your workouts.

Every body is different. If you have medical or dietary needs, follow the advice of a qualified professional.
